We offer free standard shipping Australia wide for orders over $500
Flat rate of $9.95 for all orders under $500
We offer a flat rate of $60 for standard international shipping ( 7 - 21 business days)
All orders placed before 3pm ACST are processed same day or the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number. If you require a signature on delivery with your purchase please add this in a note on your order at time of checkout.
Pinkhill is not responsible for any customs/import duties & taxes on international orders. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
How Do I Use My Gift Voucher or Promo code
When you are checking out your cart you will have the option to apply a gift voucher or promo code to your order. Each gift voucher will have its own unique code which you can enter in and press apply. Each coupon is identified by a Coupon Code and has different requirements and redemption rules. Please check your coupon — all requirements stated on the coupon must be met to receive the discount.
Please note only one promo code can be redeemed per order.

We will happily accommodate the following return options within 7 days of order placement. All returns will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Online Returns & Exchange Policy:
Full Priced Items: All full priced items can be returned to us for either a refund, credit note or exchange if the garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
Please notify us within 7 days of placing the order by emailing email@example.com with your full name and order number.
We do not refund shipping costs on returned items.
We cannot accept returns of sale items, swimwear, intimates & jewellery.
Sale or Clearance Items:
Sale and Clearance items can not be returned for a refund or exchange. Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
In- Store Returns & Exchange Policy:
There are no returns or refunds for purchases made in-store. Please choose wisely!

If you believe your item is faulty, please email our team at email@example.com. Be sure to include your full name, order number and images of the fault. We will then assess the situation and work out the best solution.
