We offer free standard shipping Australia wide for orders over $500
Flat rate of $9.95 for all orders under $500
We offer a flat rate of $60 for standard international shipping ( 7 - 21 business days)
All orders placed before 3pm ACST are processed same day or the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number. If you require a signature on delivery with your purchase please add this in a note on your order at time of checkout.
Pinkhill is not responsible for any customs/import duties & taxes on international orders. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
How Do I Use My Gift Voucher or Promo code
When you are checking out your cart you will have the option to apply a gift voucher or promo code to your order. Each gift voucher will have its own unique code which you can enter in and press apply. Each coupon is identified by a Coupon Code and has different requirements and redemption rules. Please check your coupon — all requirements stated on the coupon must be met to receive the discount.
Please note only one promo code can be redeemed per order.

Refund only applies if there is a major problem with the item as per consumer law.
For change of mind order / wrong size, we can offer you credit/ voucher. Unfortunately, there will be no refund for change of mind order.
For incorrect size, we can endeavor to replace size. However if resizing is unavailable, a credit will be issued in place.
Australian consumer law:
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it. The item is unsafe or significantly different from the sample or description, or doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase -e.g. your receipt.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned and signed for by PinkHill. We do not offer refunds, instead, we issue a credit note or we can exchange your item for a different size or something of the same value. No credits/exchange will be issued on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. Please note that the expiry date for credit note: online 1 year, instore 3 months.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Your return parcel must be post stamped within 7 days of you receiving the order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition including tags.
- Once we have received your returns we will inspect them before a credit is issued.
PinkHill have the right to deny a refund if items have been used, worn or damaged in any way and will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not appropriate for a refund.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by PinkHill will not be issued with a refund.
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer care team at email@example.com quote the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent the wrong or faulty item back. Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
Please notify us within 7 days of placing the order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number.
We do not refund shipping costs on returned items.
We cannot accept returns of sale items, swimwear, intimates & jewellery.
Sale or Clearance Items:
Sale and Clearance items can not be returned for a refund or exchange. Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
In- Store Returns & Exchange Policy:
There are no returns or refunds for purchases made in-store. Please choose wisely!

If you believe your item is faulty, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your full name, order number and images of the fault. We will then assess the situation and work out the best solution.
