Please contact us at sales@pinkhill.com.au if you need to return an item! 

Refund only applies if there is a major problem with the item as per consumer law.

All international orders are non-returnable at this time.

For change of mind order / wrong size, we can offer you credit/ voucher (valid for 12 months). Unfortunately, there will be no refund for change of mind order. 

For incorrect size, we can endeavor to replace size. However if resizing is unavailable, a credit will be issued in place. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE BE NO RETURN FOR SALE ITEMS. 

 

Australian consumer law: 
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it. The item is unsafe or significantly different from the sample or description, or doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed. 
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. 
Please keep your proof of purchase -e.g. your receipt.

 


Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned and signed for by PinkHill. We do not offer refunds, instead, we issue a credit note or we can exchange your item for a different size or something of the same value. No credits/exchange will be issued on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. 

 

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Your return parcel must be post stamped within 7 days of you receiving the order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition including tags.
  • Once we have received your returns we will inspect them before a credit is issued.

 

PinkHill have the right to deny a refund if items have been used, worn or damaged in any way and will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not appropriate for a refund.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by PinkHill will not be issued with a refund.

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer care team at sales@pinkhill.com.au quote the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent the wrong or faulty item back. Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
