We offer a flat rate of $50 for Australia Post Express International shipping ( 7 - 21 business days depending on destination)
All orders placed before 3pm ACST are processed same day or the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number. All international parcels will require signature on delivery.
Once parcels have been dispatched to the courier we will do our best to deliver within the specified time frames but there may be occasion when parcels are held up in transit which are out of our control. We will keep you updated with delivery times.
Who is responsible for paying custom charges?
Pinkhill is not responsible for any customs/import duties & taxes on international orders. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
How long do international orders take?
After your order has been confirmed and dispatched, your order should take:
3-4 days to arrive for New Zealand orders with Australia Post.
Please allow up to 7-21 days to arrive for other international orders with Australia Post.
Parcels sent by courier will take 3-7 days depending on destination. We can give you more accurate time frames if you send us details of your destination.
Please note that Australian Post are experiencing some shipping delays due to the impact of COVID-19.
